    Ready Set Grow

    This class provides a comfortable, supportive environment for birthing parents to spend some time without baby and focus in on self as they start to regain strength and tone muscle, relieve stress and tension from the most common “new baby trouble spots”, the neck, shoulders and upper back, and work on stabilizing the abdominal wall, lower back, and pelvis after pregnancy and childbirth.

    We invite you to come give yourself some time to recovery and nurture yourself in this new ever-evolving chapter of your life.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    This class is designed to provide pregnant people with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies as well as other parents to be, connecting their experience to others in their community as well as that of birthing people throughout history, tapping into the innate wisdom within.

    You will be guided through asana that prepares you for pregnancy, giving birth, and provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. It will help you cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby. Interweaving childbirth education as well as addressing aches and pains associated with pregnancy, the class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly.

    Taught with a strong focus on alignment and a healthy dose of humor, these classes help you navigate your changing body and life with grace and acceptance.

    Journey through pregnancy with this 6-week comprehensive Prenatal Yoga Series.

    This series is designed to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy while nurturing the mind, body, and spirit in preparation for childbirth. We go beyond basic yoga modifications, fostering a supportive community environment and integrating childbirth education into our practice. Addressing pregnancy-related aches and pains, we aim to make your journey as comfortable as possible.

    Flexible Enrollment: Open to all stages of pregnancy, you can join the series at any time. Choose between the full 6-week series for $159 or attend individual classes for $30 each.
