6-week Prenatal Yoga Series


This class series is designed to ease the discomforts of pregnancy while preparing the mind, body, and spirit for childbirth and parenthood. As a certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist and registered prenatal yoga teacher, Alexa will help guide students safely and effectively through the body’s changes during pregnancy and prep the body for childbirth. Through a mixture of slow flowing poses with modifications and prop usage for all stages of pregnancy, the practice encourages mindfulness, focus, and positivity to aid in the journey to parenthood. This class is open to pregnant people at any stage of their pregnancy.

Class meets weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-6:45pm PST June 16-July21 in-person at Namaspa Yoga Community or via Zoom
